What a 5+ star experience! We thoroughly enjoyed the Uganda Safari, especially the close up encounters with the animals. David’s experience, training and engaging personality brought us a world class viewing adventure with not only the primates of Uganda, but with the animals, the birds and especially the highlight with the mountain gorillas! We also loved the engagement with the local people and the culture of Uganda thanks to David’s connections to people and places at each stop in our safari. The lodges were havens of rest and good food and especially the Park View Lodge that overlooks the Queen Elizabeth National Park. All the local people we encountered were very kind and generous. And finally, the trek into the mountains of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to interact with the mountain gorillas was a tremendous and almost unbelievable experience. David took excellent care of us and was most hospitable. His knowledge of the land and habitat of Uganda made for a rich experience. We highly recommend David to anyone who would love a unique and adventurous Africa safari experience with an exceptional guide!

I met David while staying in a lodge in Kibale National Forest. He was so kind and knowledgable about all things Uganda and conservation, especially with the primates. I really appreciate his emphasis on supporting local communities, as well as supporting conservation efforts in the country. I would have loved to be able to spend more time with him!

This trip was awesome!!! David was so knowledgeable and full of info…any questions we had he knew the answers right away. He knows his stuff from info on the animals to where to find them. We saw so many animals and shot some amazing photos. I highly recommend this trip and hope to do it again in the future.

My family of three spent nine days with David and Anthony in December 2022. We experienced numerous wildlife interactions, took hundreds of photographs, and experienced Uganda through the eyes of locals. Every effort was made for our enjoyment and we stayed in beautiful locations. Multiple highlights including the Chimpanzee safari, the night Bushbaby hunt, and of course the Gorillas. Standing on the mountain, surrounded by gorillas, will remain a core memory for us all.
